Jorge Luis Palenque, CEO and general director of Popular Radio and Television of Bolivia, said Latin America wants to contribute its voice to the global dialogue as he addressed the Global South Media Partners Mechanism Inauguration Meeting and the 13th Global Video Media Forum in Xi'an city, northwest China's Shaanxi Province, on Thursday.
"For four decades, we have accompanied Bolivia's historical journey, committed to building a media enterprise that unites hearts and upholds dignity," Palenque added. He emphasized that China's vision of openness and shared development encourages Global South media to work together toward a more cooperative and human-centered communication model.
