How Gen Z sees the world: British youth looks forward to strengthening educational exchanges among countries

The eighth China International Import Expo (CIIE) is being held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai from November 5 to 10, 2025. This year's expo has set new records, with participation from 155 countries, regions and international organizations, and an exhibition area covering 430,000 square meters.

Oliver Drew Robert, a British youth based in Shanghai, is attending the expo for the first time. He says he is deeply impressed by the scale of the displays, the variety of exhibits and the number of exhibitors from around the world. Passionate about educational exchange, he said he hopes to see more global education services in the future, particularly cross-cultural cooperation projects that provide more people with opportunities to experience diverse educational environments and foster deeper understanding and collaboration.
