As cold air sweeps south, thousands of migratory birds have returned to Jiangxi's Poyang Lake, China's largest freshwater lake and a vital sanctuary along the East Asian–Australasian flyway. With its vast wetlands and abundant food resources, the lake has once again become a haven for these long-distance travelers during the winter season.
