Entire villages remain submerged following Super Typhoon Fung-wong, with many homes losing their roofs and residents attempting to salvage belongings. In parts of Barangay Mabini, water reaches knee height, rising to chest level just a few meters away. Local infrastructure has been severely affected, with downed power lines, blocked roads and disrupted communications. The storm's destruction continues to impact communities across northern Luzon.
