Investigations into Monday's deadly car explosion in Delhi are underway under an anti-terrorism law. So far, no militant groups have claimed responsibility for the blast, which occurred near the 17th-century Red Fort monument. Authorities are questioning two individuals from Jammu and Kashmir who were arrested for alleged links to thousands of explosives uncovered earlier on Monday before the explosion. It remains unclear whether their arrests are connected to the incident. CGTN correspondent Ravi Kaushal has more from the site of the blast.
