A passenger train derailed in Buenos Aires on November 11, leaving at least 19 people injured and disrupting service for several hours, authorities said.
After the derailment on the Sarmiento line, passengers were forced to evacuate the train and nine of the injured were taken to hospital. City firefighters deployed two standard units, a special rescue team, a command post and a medical unit as a precaution.
