The eighth China International Import Expo (CIIE) was successfully held in Shanghai from November 5 to 10. Sweden returned to the Country Exhibition after a six-year absence and participated as the Guest Country of Honor for the first time, with a record 37 companies taking part in this year's event. In an interview with CGTN, Amanda Alkemark, regional manager of Government Affairs APAC at Business Sweden, said that the CIIE serves as an important platform for Swedish companies and she looks forward to seeing more cooperation between Chinese and Swedish enterprises.
