Sinologist Igor Radev stressed the critical role of cultural diversity in international relations, arguing that it acts as diplomacy's "second eye" by providing in-depth understanding.
During an interview with CGTN, Radev, chair scholar of the Knowledge Center of Sinology at the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts, made the remarks at the International Forum of the Overseas Studies on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, which opened in Beijing on Wednesday.
