Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks with King Felipe VI of Spain in Beijing on Wednesday. Xi welcomed King Felipe VI's state visit, calling him a true friend of the Chinese people. As the two countries celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of their comprehensive strategic partnership, Xi said China is ready to further advance pragmatic cooperation with Spain.
