A suicide bombing took place outside a district court in Islamabad on November 11, resulting in at least 12 deaths and 27 injuries. The Pakistan Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack through its official website. After the attack, a CGTN stringer arrived at the scene, where Gohar Ali Khan, acting chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), said it was a premeditated terrorist attack and called for national unity in fighting terrorism.
