A diverse group of international scholars convened in Beijing on Wednesday for the International Forum of the Overseas Studies on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, offering a robust assessment of China's global initiatives and governance model.

During interviews with CGTN, experts and analysts from Africa, Europe and Latin America highlighted the worldwide relevance of President Xi's proposals, including the Global Development Initiative, Global Security Initiative, Global Civilization Initiative and Global Governance Initiative.
