From planning and preparation to presentation and execution, Yeung Tak-keung, Director of the Hong Kong SAR Government's Office for the 15th National Games, has been involved at every step of Hong Kong's journey.

As early as 2018, he worked closely with Guangdong and Macao to explore co-hosting this landmark event, setting a new milestone in the nation's sporting history.

As the 15th National Games unfolds, Kai Tak Sports Park has already hosted rugby sevens, handball, and bowling, with fencing soon to follow. The venue now stands as a symbol of Hong Kong's sporting spirit and shared pride.

Looking beyond the Games, Kai Tak strengthens Hong Kong's ability to host world-class competitions, giving athletes a true home-ground advantage and offering citizens new spaces to experience the power of sport. The documentary "Game On, Kai Tak! – Road to the National Games" is coming soon – join us in witnessing Hong Kong rise to its National Games moment.
