Professor Jaya Josie from the University of the Western Cape in South Africa has been following China's five-year plans (FYP) since his country joined BRICS. He believes that the 15th FYP blueprint will lead China towards high-quality growth and create a better environment for foreign investment. He thinks this plan will "introduce some level of certainty in a world where there is uncertainty, where there is unpredictability."
