Chinese Premier Li Qiang arrived on Monday for the 24th Meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

At the invitation of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Li will attend the SCO meeting on November 17 and 18.

When Li arrived at the Vnukovo Airport in Moscow, he was welcomed by representatives of the Russian government and Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui.
