The U.S. Senate approved a House-passed bill on Tuesday that calls for the release of federal files related to Jeffrey Epstein. The Senate, by unanimous consent, agreed to consider the bill as passed once it arrives from the House and to send it to the president for signature.
Democrats and Republicans have been alternately releasing selected Epstein-related materials since the House reconvened on November 12. Each side accuses senior figures in the other party of ties to Epstein or even involvement in his sex crimes.
