Ye Yireng, born in Pingtung, Taiwan, is now the principal flautist with the NCPA orchestra. “Having heard it so much as a child, of course, you remember the tune. That’s why “Spring Wind Blows” seems symbolic of the memories we share,” said Ye Yireng.
