China's Dalian Maritime Safety Administration on Friday issued a navigation warning notice stating that from 4 p.m. on November 23 to 4 p.m. on December 7, military operations will be carried out in parts of the Bohai Strait and the northern waters of the Yellow Sea.

"During this period, the relevant waters are off-limits," said the notice.
