We Talk: Russian youth expects G20 theme of 'Solidarity, Equality and Sustainability' to get real outcomes

The 20th G20 Summit was held in Johannesburg, South Africa, from November 22 to 23, marking the first time the summit was held in Africa. The theme of this summit was "Solidarity, Equality and Sustainability," emphasizing global common development and collaborative response to challenges.

Slava Klishauskaite, a Russian student studying at Peking University, has been living and studying in China for seven years and is truly impressed by all that the country has to offer. When it comes to this year's G20 Summit, she believes that the summit will help raise public awareness of global issues such as hunger, inequality, poverty and climate change. She hopes that the summit can turn the theme of "Solidarity, Equality and Sustainability" into concrete actions.
