Representatives from the United States, Ukraine and European countries met in Geneva, Switzerland, on Sunday for a round of talks aimed at ending the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The parties called the talks "highly productive" and agreed to continue discussions in the coming days.
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said he was "very optimistic" after a day of meetings with Ukrainian and European officials, while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted the talks would run late into the night and that there were "signals" suggesting U.S. President Donald Trump's team "is hearing us."
