00:42

Track-laying for the Harbin-Yichun High-Speed Railway – China's northernmost high-speed line currently under construction – was completed on November 25. The 318-kilometer route links Harbin, Yichun and several other cities in Heilongjiang Province. Designed with seamless steel rails, it supports speeds of up to 250 km/h, ensuring a smoother and quieter ride. Once fully operational, the new line will shorten travel time between Harbin and Yichun from about seven hours to just two.
