"The UN Secretary-General's position on denuclearization and non-proliferation is well known and has been unchanged," Stephane Dujarric, spokesperson for UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, said on Monday.
The spokesperson made the remarks at a daily briefing while responding to a question about the Japanese government's attempt to revise its Three Non-Nuclear Principles – not possessing, not producing and not allowing the introduction of nuclear weapons into Japanese territory – as the country's national policy.
