A film exhibition was held to mark the 75th anniversary of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army's participation in the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea. It has particularly resonated with older generations, thanks to effective marketing by the China Film Group Corporation.

Held from October 25 to November 23, this extensive exhibition spanned ten cities in China, with a cumulative total of over 2,000 screenings, according to the corporation.

The exhibition has placed great emphasis on serving and reaching out to elderly audiences. Special screenings were arranged for them and a host of senior citizens were found flocking to the cinemas for films like "The Volunteers" trilogy. And for them, these screenings serve as a chance to reconnect them with their shared past.

On the other hand, by presenting an animation, the film "Salute to the Heroes" has succeeded in capturing the imagination of young viewers, introducing them to the sacrifices and valor of past heroes. 75 years ago, countless Chinese People's Volunteer Army soldiers embarked on a journey to resist US aggression and aid Korea.

Through these well-considered strategies, the China Film Group Corporation hopes to ensure that the exhibition achieves substantial social benefits, by deepening the general public's understanding and appreciation of China's rich history and the heroic figures that have shaped it.
