The fire alarm has been upgraded to No.5, the highest level, after a residential building caught fire in Hong Kong on Wednesday, according to the Fire Services Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government.
At least 13 people died, with at least 28 others injured, according to local authorities.
