Hong Kong residents are lining up to donate blood for survivors of the deadly Tai Po residential building fire, with donation centers reporting waiting times of up to two hours and some stations being fully booked. The surge in donations comes as the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government announced that 144 people previously listed as missing have been confirmed safe.
