Thousands of protesters have taken to the streets of Manila in a sweeping anti-corruption rally, demanding accountability from top government officials. Civil society groups, church leaders and concerned citizens have converged in the Philippine capital, accusing multiple government agencies of deep, systemic corruption over spending on flood control projects.
