Bijan Ahmadi, executive director and chief operating officer of the Canada-China Business Council (CCBC), said there are ample opportunities for Chinese and Canadian enterprises to cooperate, exchange, and build partnerships across various sectors.

The Canadian business community unanimously expressed optimism about China's positive signals of proactive opening up. They believe that amid the profound transformation of the global supply chain pattern, deepening economic and trade cooperation with China is timely. Canada looks forward to taking the China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) as a link, giving play to its advantages in financial services, resources and energy, advanced manufacturing, agri-food, and other sectors, and further strengthening cooperation with Chinese enterprises.
