From 1931 to 1945, northeast China was under Japanese colonial rule. Between 1941 and 1945, millions of residents were forced to work at coal mines. CGTN's reporter Huang Yichang visited Fuxin in Liaoning Province to tell a story often forgotten, where justice has remained elusive across generations.
