Chinese President Xi Jinping and visiting French President Emmanuel Macron had friendly exchanges on Friday in Dujiangyan in Chengdu, capital city of southwest China's Sichuan Province. The two leaders visited the 2,000-year-old Dujiangyan irrigation system, which continues to offer valuable lessons for state governance today.
