China has unveiled the world's first hybrid intelligent planting module designed for maritime use, which enables year-round cultivation. Ships and other mobile platforms can use it for growing edible fungi, vegetables and fruits. This offers a stable supply of fresh produce for long-voyage vessels and remote island locations.
