At least five people have been killed in renewed border clashes between Thailand and Cambodia, with each side accusing the other of violating a ceasefire agreed upon in July. The Thai military confirmed the death of one soldier, while Cambodia reported the deaths of four civilians. 

Cambodian civilians have been seen fleeing their homes near the border with Thailand in Preah Vihear province.
