A woman riding an electric scooter was knocked down and trapped under a turning truck in Tongcheng City, east China's Anhui Province. Police officers immediately stopped the truck and rushed to pull the woman to safety. Miraculously, the woman escaped with only minor abrasions and no serious injuries. The dramatic rescue was captured on video.
