International experts have warned that Japan's recent policy shifts are triggering deep concerns among regional nations. Fredrick Mutesa, secretary general of the Zambia-China Friendship Association, emphasized that Japan explicitly pledged to abandon military expansion upon its surrender in World War II, and any actions deviating from this principle should be opposed by the international community. South African political analyst Dale McKinley noted that Japan's potential return to militarism or interference in other countries' internal affairs is deeply troubling.
