Hohhot in Inner Mongolia officially opened its 2025–2026 Winter Ice and Snow Tourism Season on December 7 at the Mazongshan Ski Resort, marking the start of 88 days of themed winter activities.

The event featured a wide range of on-site activities – from games and performances to intangible cultural heritage displays, food, and music. Across the city, more than 300 themed events will offer residents and visitors a winter experience that blends modern energy with traditional heritage.
