The 33rd APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting will take place on November 18-19, 2026, in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, southern China. 

The APEC "China Year" officially kicked off in Shenzhen with a symposium and the Informal Senior Officials' Meeting on Thursday and Friday, drawing nearly 200 delegates. The theme for 2026 is "Building an Asia-Pacific community to prosper together," with priorities on openness, innovation and cooperation. The official logo for 2026 APEC was also unveiled, featuring 21 interlaced lines forming a soaring roc, a mythical bird, symbolizing the unity and shared ambition of the 21 diverse yet interconnected member economies in building an Asia-Pacific community.
