The cruise ship and yacht industries in south China's Hainan Province are entering a golden period of development. Zero tariffs on yachts, deposit-free yacht rentals and flexible multi-port call arrangements for foreign cruise ships are among a range of favorable policies that Hainan has implemented ahead of the official launch of island-wide special customs operations on December 18, a milestone for China's opening-up drive.
