In October, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Communist Party of China Central Committee convened in Beijing to layout a blueprint for China's 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030) – a roadmap that will shape the nation's next phase of development.

At the heart of this blueprint is a key objective: building a modern industrial system and strengthening the foundations of the real economy.

Throughout the 12th, 13th and 14th Five-Year Plans, the country has steadily advanced new-type industrialization by integrating technological innovation with industrial upgrading, yielding significant breakthroughs that create both domestic opportunities and global impacts.

Faced with a new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation, China will seize the moment by deepening innovation, strengthening the real economy and accelerating the development of new quality productive forces.
