The Hainan Free Trade Port is creating a more favorable business environment, with preferential tax policies fueling growth in the tourism sector, attracting both leisure and business travelers, and generating new consumption scenarios as special customs operations are rolled out island-wide. Through a 'tourism-plus' model, Hainan is using tourism as an anchor to integrate culture, sports, and wellness events, encouraging visitors to stay longer and spend more.
