Thousands of dinosaur footprints dating back over 200 million years have been discovered in Italy's Stelvio National Park, near venues for the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics. The Natural History Museum of Milan said in a statement on December 16 that the tracks were likely left by long-necked, bipedal herbivorous dinosaurs moving calmly in groups.
