The 27th Harbin Ice and Snow World officially opened its gates at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, inviting travelers worldwide to dive into a magical winter wonderland in northeast China's "Ice City." Touted as the largest edition in its history, the park spans 1.2 million square meters with 400,000 cubic meters of ice and snow crafted into breathtaking landscapes.
Under the theme "Ice and Snow, Fairy Tale World," the venue blends art, technology and culture: highlights include a 521-meter-long super ice slide with 24 lanes, a 39,000-cubic-meter-tall main tower "Ice Lantern Dream," and AI interactive zones. Visitors can also enjoy cultural performances, ice sculpture competitions and a New Year's Eve concert featuring drone shows and live music.
