President Vladimir Putin said that Russia would take more land in Ukraine by force if Kyiv and European politicians – whom he cast as "young pigs," or "shoats" – refused to engage over U.S. proposals for a peace settlement.
The Russian president added that European leaders had joined in on efforts by the previous U.S. administration under President Joe Biden to break up Russia. "As it has become obvious to everyone all these attempts and destructive plans against Russia have failed. Completely failed," Putin added.
