The death toll from a fire that ripped through a residential complex in Hong Kong has reached 161, with identification of all victims through DNA tests continuing, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government said Saturday.
The number of fatalities may still rise, the HKSAR government said.
