Chinese skiers thrilled the home crowd at Chongli's Yunding Snow Park to highlight the FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup stop in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province, after delivering dominant performances to sweep the podium in the women's aerials and claim the top two spots in the men's aerials on Saturday.
Kong Fanyu posted the highest score in the women's competition, executing an impressive back full-full-full in the superfinal to score 102.17 points. The victory marked Kong's first World Cup win in four years, following her previous triumph in 2021 at the Finnish resort of Ruka.
Chinese compatriot Chen Meiting finished as runner-up with 97.45 points after a few minor flaws on her landing, while 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics gold medalist Xu Mengtao rounded out the podium in third place.

Li Tianma energized the home crowd in the men's aerials superfinal with a back double full-double full-full, topping the podium with 128.01 points. Fellow Chinese skier and 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics gold medalist Qi Guangpu came away with runner-up honors, while Switzerland's Noe Roth placed third.
