China's top legislature, the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress, will convene a session in Beijing on Monday to continue deliberations on a draft amendment to the Foreign Trade Law. The six-day session will review the draft, which strengthens provisions to promote foreign trade. New clauses support the development of cross-border financial service systems, said the spokesperson for the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee on Friday.
