In his remarks, Shen said the signing of the framework agreement, and the decision to deepen cooperation in areas such as news coverage and artificial intelligence (AI), represent a concrete step to implement the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. He noted that the partnership aims to jointly build a new publicity framework for workers and trade union work in the new era.
Shen added that the newly launched national corpus will draw on CMG's internationally advanced "5G+4K/8K+AI" technological strengths to promote innovative communication of the spirit of craftsmanship in the digital age.

Looking ahead, he said, the two sides will further strengthen cooperation to create new flagship projects that reflect the spirit of the times, and foster a social atmosphere that values labor and respects workers.

According to the agreement, the two sides will adhere to strategic guidance, focus on high-quality content creation, and actively apply cutting-edge technologies such as AI and big data. Planned cooperation includes developing craftsman IPs, creating cultural projects, and deepening collaboration in news and public communication, with the goal of building a comprehensive publicity system and establishing communication brands with global influence.
Jointly developed by the ACFTU and CMG, the national corpus on "craftsmanship spirit and skills" will integrate multi-modal audio and video data, and systematically collect skills and experience from a wide range of industries, forming a multidimensional digital labeling system. By combining AI technologies, the project will distill representative cases, supporting innovative digital dissemination of the spirit of craftsmanship and the image of China's master artisans.
