The 21st Ice and Snow Naadam Fair of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region officially opened on Sunday. More than just a festival, the Naadam is a living tradition of the northern Chinese grasslands.
This year's event blends heritage with innovation, merging culture and tourism in a true winter celebration. In a break from tradition, it is being held for the first time on the frozen Yimin River in Hailar District, Hulun Buir. Another key change is the fair's extended operation throughout the winter tourism season – transforming the Ice and Snow Naadam into a daily cultural venue.
Ready for a winter adventure? Come to Inner Mongolia and dive into the magic of ice and snow!
