The 2025 World Champions Honoring Ceremony for Trampoline, Rhythmic Gymnastics and Artistic Gymnastics was held in Beijing on Monday, with 12 new world champions receiving honors.

At the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships in Rio de Janeiro, Team China, consisting of Ding Xinyi, Wang Lanjing, Pu Yanzhu, Zhang Xinyi and Liu Miaoting, won the gold in the 5 ribbons event, with Liu and Zhang being crowned as new world champions. At the Pamplona Trampoline World Championships, Wang Zisai and Hu Yicheng claimed the men's and women's individual titles respectively.

China also captured two more gold in the women's team event and the mixed team event. Eight athletes are inducted onto the list of world champions. At the Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in Jakarta, the PRC took three gold, one silver and three bronze medals.

Star gymnast Zou Jingyuan secured his fourth consecutive world title on the parallel bars, while Hong Yanming and Zhang Qingying, who won the gold medals in the pommel horse and balance beam events, emerged as new world champions. This ceremony also served as the mobilization meeting for the winter training session.

"I am so excited and happy, but also have a hard time believing it. It's unreal. It feels like I got the honor in the blink of an eye. For the winter training, I'll definitely hold myself to higher standards. I will try to nail every move and polish the details," said Zhang Qingying.
