Fourteen years on from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, one of the survivors hits out at the Japanese government for "ignoring the health risks." He says that Sanae Takaichi's claim that the Fukushima nuclear accident did not cause health damage is not factual as the country has seen a surge in childhood thyroid cancer cases. "For Japan to have someone who ignores these facts as the prime minister, I consider that a tragedy," he laments.
