Blink, and you'll miss it. China's maglev accelerates into the future at 700 km/h within 2 seconds!

Chinese scientists have just smashed a new world record with a test vehicle on a 400-meter superconducting magnet track. Accelerating from zero to 700 km/h in only 2 seconds, that's faster than you can take a deep breath. The vehicle was levitated, sped along with almost no friction, then came to a safe stop, smooth like a bullet.

This breakthrough has propelled China to the forefront of maglev technology. And it's not just about building futuristic trains! This breakthrough actually opens doors to even bigger ideas, like potential vacuum-tube transportation systems. It could even help launch spacecraft one day.
