The No. 4 unit of the Beihai Power Plant in southern China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region entered operation following a 168-hour full-load trial run.

With four one-million-kilowatt units now online, the plant can generate up to 96 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per day, meeting nearly one-seventh of Guangxi's average daily power demand.
