Shenzhen Metro has launched an AI-powered robot guide dog, nicknamed Xiaosuan (meaning "Little Garlic"), to assist blind and low-vision passengers in navigating the station. The groundbreaking service, which began on December 13, is the first of its kind in the metro industry.

Using advanced AI technology, Xiaosuan can create personalized routes, avoid obstacles and ensure a smoother journey for passengers with visual impairments.
